Live your life

Live your life so that at the end, you can say to the Universe ... with sincerity and gratitude ... "Thank you for the excellent adventure."

Green

This banana is so green I think it was picked tomorrow.

Lucinda Williams

The Universe 'finds' patterns that work, and uses them again and again, in different contexts, scales and resolutions. These are the things it becomes.

The Beatles were wrong. There IS something you can do that can't be done. Figure out what that is and do it. Because if you don't ... no one will ... and the Universe will eventually end with that thing un-done. Maybe it's a poem, or a painting, or a song, or a theory, or a motion, or a thought, or a view, or a sound, or a way of being. Figure it out ... do it ... no one else can or ever will.

It is easy to get mad. Getting mad comes naturally. But set an example for others in your compassion and understanding.

Everything is at once bigger than you and within you.

Metal Heart ~ Cat Power

Never look down on anybody unless you're helping them up.

Ashes

Hey Java. Yesterday your mom, Kiira and I spread more of your ashes on the beach, just north of Yachats. We spread Kayla's ashes too. On the sand and into the surf. The way you liked to play there. Miss you girl; think of you every day.
